1. Annex B, Section “Transferring SII to speech intelligibility”
Since the publication of the standard the band importance function for Connected speech test (CST) has been developed. The downloadable text file CSTdata.txt contains data material which should, at an appropriate moment, be added to the standard.
2. The Working Group is currently considering to augment the methodology of Section 5 to better predict the Speech Reception Threshold in fluctuating noise. Also with respect to this section, a new coupler to free-field transfer function is considered. Two document by Koen Rhebergen. given here summarize the current efforts.
